Special Software & Hardware Requests

All special software and hardware requests should be made through the CEHS Technology Services Office. We will do our best to help you and/or your department obtain the hardware or software you require. Please click on the following link to download the Additional Software Request Form (PDF VERSION); Additional Software Request Form (DOC VERSION), which you must print, fill out, and give to the CEHS Technology Services Office located in University Hall Room 3128.
