Hardware & Software Service/Repair Requests


Service requests for standard equipment and applications should be placed through the Office of Information Technology (OIT) on the fifth floor of University Hall (973.655.7971)

Service requests for any non-standard equipment and applications should be made through the CEHS Tech Group on the third floor of University Hall room 3128 (973.655.4457 or 973.655.3480).

Other equipment handled by the CEHS Technology Group includes computers, scanners, PDA's, cameras, printers, etc. that are non-standard.

Non-standard software applications may include, but are not limited to:
  • SPSS special packages such as Amos 7.0
  • Atlas.ti

  • QSR NVivo
